Easy 3 ingredient Almond Biscuits

Quick and easy almond butter biscuits that even the kids can make

  • 180 grams almond butter
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg


  • Line baking trays with parchment
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a dough is formed
  • Make 24 small balls of dough and place on baking sheets
  • Press down on balls with a fork
  • Bake for 10 minutes (swap trays over half way if your oven has hot spots like mine)
  • Cool on a wire rack until biscuits become crunchy
